Your holiday apartment in Kastelruth – at the foot of the Seiser Alm – is spacious and modern. It was built sustainably and partially barrier-free, has floor-to-ceiling French windows for even greater views of Mount Schlern and invites you with its unique warmth and coziness. We have brought nature into your living room because local wood and other natural materials are omnipresent. Our apartments combine freedom and luxury during a holiday in South Tyrol.

Katharina is the athlete in our family. Whether in winter as an enthusiastic ski instructor on the Seiser Alm or in summer as a hiking guide, she is up for any sport and fun. Mount Schlern so close! The apartment ‘Katharina’ offers the ideal starting point for unforgettable mountain experiences.

Franziska is the youngest in the family. She loves nature and animals, enjoys hunting and spending the summer on the mountain pastures. The closeness to nature is reflected in the apartment with lots of wood, loden fabrics, natural materials, and some trophies from her hunting experiences.

Our uncle Seppl grew up on the farm a hundred years ago and continued to come and visit the Farm Krahof until old age, to recover from the wide world. The apartment’s distinctive feature is its ground-level, barrier-free location – suitable for young and old! Cozy moments of pure delight are guaranteed on the balcony at sunset.

You will find the relaxation you need in our Alpine Sauna and at the natural pond with Kneipp facilities.
